The installation is set like an experimental food lab, where gestures and captation tools were activated in order to express the poetic and plastic measure of fermentation process. Experiments took place on several fermentation processes (lactic, alcoholic, vinegar, sourdough) and were set in space thanks to several types of media (recorded sound of food, filming the action, taking pictures).
